How Long Have You Been in Business?
Ace Construction has been proudly serving the Middle Peninsula going on 12 years. In this time we have solidified numerous relationships with both independent contractors and homeowners.
Does Your Company Carry Workers Compensation and Liability Insurance?
Absolutely, in order to obtain a business license from Gloucester County, you must show proof of insurance.
Are You Licensed By the State or a Trade Organization?
Yes we are, Ace Construction obtained our BLD Class A License from the Virginia Department of Professional Occupation & Regulations. You can check our License status at www.dpor.virginia.gov.
Who Will Be Assigned as a Project Supervisor to Our Job?
We will, at Ace Construction, the folks coming out to do an initial estimate will be the ones performing the job. There are no sales reps here. We pride ourselves on being able to assess any and all building questions you may have on the initial consultation. Armed with that knowledge we are able to give you a proper estimate on which you can base your budget upon in order to get a proper and complete job.
Do You Use Subcontractors on Our Job?
Yes, we will from time to time use outside help to perform necessary tasks such as; Masonry, Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical. All of our subcontractors are from the local area and are licensed and insured. We often go to see if the work they perform on other jobs is up to the expectations that we demand from them.
Do You Have References?
Yes we do. We routinely provide at least 3 references on our estimate package. If you need more references or would like to see some of our work in person, that can be arranged. You can also read some of our client feedback at the Testimonials page.
Could I Contact Your Suppliers or References?
Absolutely, if you wish to do so, we would be more than happy to supply you with numbers of our suppliers and references so you can make sure that our bills are paid and our customers are pleased with our work.
What Percentage of Your Business is Referral or Repeat?
We are proud to say that 95% of our business is word of mouth. The other 5% comes from our Better Business Bureau status and our advertising.
